Sara Hauber

Sara Hauber, our Wellness Coach advisor, has been educating and empowering people through healthy lifestyle changes since 1999. Having overcome significant health challenges herself, Sara inspires people with her belief that everyone has the potential to take control of their own wellness.

Sara holds a master degree in interpersonal communication from Purdue University. Her research focused on supportive communication for health behavior change. She continues to provide wellness education to fitness professionals throughout the U.S. and Europe.
