Jenny Witko

Lifestyle Management Associates is pleased to announce the appointment of Jenny Witko as a Senior Level Instructor. 

Jenny comes to us with very impressive credentials and experience.  She currently works as a Registered Nurse in a small rural hospital in South Boston, VA. and substitutes for step-aerobic and yoga classes at the South Boston/Halifax County YMCA.  Prior to nursing, she worked as a consulting dietitian for long-term care facilities and was program director at the YMCA in South Boston/Halifax County.  In addition, she has taught weight management classes and diabetes education classes. 

Jenny has an Associates Degree in Nursing from Southside VA community college, a BS degree in foods and nutrition from Meredith College in Raleigh NC, a MS degree in clinical nutrition from East TN State University in Johnson City TN, and a post-baccalaureate certificate from UNC-Greensboro in the study of Gerontology.  She is a Registered Dietitian with the American Dietetic Association and a Licensed Dietitian in the state of NC.  She is certified to teach aerobics through AFAA and ACE and is a Certified Personal Trainer through AFAA. 

Jenny enjoys traveling with her husband, exercise, reading, working in her yard and learning.
