Pam Giese , BA Physiology and Human Behavior

Lifestyle Management Associates is pleased to announce the appointment of Pam Giese as a Master Level Instructor and as the Director of our advanced Nutrition Manager Program.   In addition to helping train Senior Level Instructors, Pam conducts Nutrition Manager training programs across the county. 

Pam will be teaming up with Erin Franklin, and together they will be expanding the Nutrition for Professionals course throughout the South Eastern states.  Pam and Erin received "great accolades" at the Port Orange, FL class and we are thrilled to have Erin and Pam as part of our teaching staff.

Pam also provides individual training and counseling to clients in their homes, at the YMCA and at Gold's Gym; she teaches a variety of group exercise classes, provides group lifestyle and weight loss education, and has been the guest speaker for the Team in Training, the Halifax Breast Cancer Survivors Group, the Daytona Beach Veterans Business Men's Club and other local organizations, providing training, safety, personal responsibility and nutrition guidance to encourage these audiences to practice a healthier lifestyle.
