Dr.
Jane Pentz, president and CEO of Lifestyle Management Associates, received
her Masters and Ph.D. degrees in nutritional biochemistry from Tufts University
and worked with the USDA Human Nutrition Research Center’s team that
completed ground breaking research on the effects of weight training in 80
and 90 year olds.

Greg Salgueiro is the National Director for Sports Nutrition Services to all Lifestyle Management graduates and is a Master Level Instructor. Greg is a registered dietitian and maintains an ACSM certification.

Dawn Weatherwax-Fall is the Assistant Director for Sports Nutrition Services and a Senior Level Instructor. Dawn assists Greg in supporting our graduates. Dawn is a respected and highly qualified sports dietitian.
Ann
Glora is the Director of Healthy Balance. Healthy Balance is a YMCA
approved program utilizing Nutrition Manager Consultants.
Ann is an A.C.E. Certified Personal Trainer and an A.F.A.A. Certified group exercise instructor.

Pam Giese, Director of the Nutrition Manager Program, and a Master Level Instructor, has a degree in Psychology and Human Behavior along with several fitness certifications.
Sara Hauber, our Wellness Coach advisor, is currently completing her master's degree in Interpersonal Health Communication, in which she focuses on supportive communication for health behavior change.
Kelly Calabrese, a Senior Level Instructor, received her master's degree from Indiana University with a major in sports medicine and exercise science. Kelly also teaches at the University level.

Lindsay Cotter, a Senior Level Instructor, received her degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Texas, Austin and holds an exercise certification through the American Council on Exercise.
Joseph Reza, a Senior Level Instructor, received his degree in Food and Nutrition Science from Cal State, L.A. Joseph is a licensed, registered dietitian and is a certified instructor through the A.C.E.
Erin Franklin, a Senior Level Instructor, received her Master's degree in Human Nutrition form the University of Bridgeport. Erin is also a certified Fitness trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association.

Angie Ranno, a Senior Level Instructor, has 27 years experience in the fitness and wellness industry. Angie was the Director of Schools at the National Personal Training Institute and taught nutrition at the Institute.
Jenny Witko, A Senior Level Instructor, is a Registered Dietitian and has an Associates Degree in Nursing from Southside VA community college, a BS degree in foods and nutrition from Meredith College in Raleigh NC, a MS degree in clinical nutrition from East TN State University. She is certified to teach aerobics through AFAA and ACE and is a Certified Personal Trainer through AFAA.
Jo Ellen Caldwell, MSPT, ATC, holds a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy and a B.A. in Sports Medicine, and is a certified athletic trainer with the NATA. She also obtained an M.A. in Professional Counseling and is currently an Arizona State Certified Professional Fire Fighter and Registered Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic.
Tyler
Aiken, Youth Program Advisor, helped develop the "Healthy
Kids and Families" program. Tyler received his Master's degree in Nutrition / Dietetic program at Boston University and is a certified
CSCS through the NSCA.
Nicole Byrd is the executive director of Healthy Kids and Families. Nicole shares our passion for empowering and educating children in healthy lifestyles.
Susan Burbridge, our National Director of Exercise Physiology, was part
of the original NASM team and taught the hands on component of the certification
process nationally for more than five years.

Bob Pentz, Chief Information Officer, had over 25 years experience working for a high tech company before joining Lifestyle Management Associates.
