Essentials of Coaching

The Essentials of Coaching for Wellness Professionals has been designed to introduce the wellness professional to the exciting field of coaching. Sara Hauber, program author, has designed this course to educate wellness professionals (fitness and athletic trainers, nutrition counselors and dietitians) about the practices and techniques of coaching, and help them incorporate effective coaching techniques in their current wellness practices.

Sara Hauber has been a wellness coach and educator since 1999. She is focused on educating and empowering people to achieve their greatest level of health and wellness. The coaching techniques Sara shares in “The Essentials of Coaching for Wellness Professionals” have been crucial to her success. She co-wrote and starred in the Nestle Fitness Virtual Coach software program, available in 12 countries in 2006. In 2004 she was featured on CBS2 Chicago’s “Fit Eye for the News Guy.” Sara currently provides wellness education to fitness professionals throughout the U.S. and Europe.
