We are pleased to announce that Lifestyle Management Associates has partnered with CATZ – Competitive Athletic Training Zone.  

CATZ helps athletes of all ages and abilities reach their athletic potential.  We offer customized nutrition information & support to help CATZ athletes compete at their best. 

Nutrition Managers Implement CATZ Kids

A new CATZ program - Completely Active Training Zone - helps kids get moving.  The CATZ Kids fitness program, in conjunction with Lifestyle Management, is a 12 week fitness and interactive nutrition program for children between the ages of 7 and 10.  The CATZ Kids program is implemented by Nutrition Managers.

Tufts Health Plan now offers a discount to CATZ Kids which is available to all its members.
